2025 Special Meeting of Shareholders
Veren's 2025 special meeting of shareholders will be held virtually on May 6, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. MT. At the meeting, shareholders will be asked to consider and vote on a special resolution approving a business combination between Whitecap Resources Inc. and Veren.
