We challenge our students with direct responsibility for important projects and initiatives, encouraging them to build skillsets and competencies that will prepare them to succeed as energy professionals.
Engineering Internship Program
We want you to have a meaningful internship with us. Our 16 month internship program is designed so that you will have the opportunity to work on vital projects and contribute to our success. Your onboarding experience is also supported by a 4 month overlap with a previous intern and working with a professional engineer on our team.

Summer Student Program
We understand that not all co-op programs are created equally. That’s why we offer a 4-month summer work term beginning in May, for non-engineering students enrolled in a post-secondary undergraduate program. As a Summer Student, you will be directly integrated into our team and be provided with the opportunity to learn from industry experts and build upon your skill set to further your career.
Areas of study for summer students may include:
- Business (Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, etc.)
- Environmental Science
- Communications
- International Relations/Political Science
- Computer Science
- Information Systems/Management
